We will find you a suitable tenant for the property and oversee their move into the property.

Once they have moved into the property the day to day management of the property would be left up to you, the Landlord.

Our Let Only Service includes the following:

• A property appraisal/valuation  
• To Let board displayed at the property
• Email/ Postal marketing of property details to prospective tenants
• Advertising on top ranking websites e.g.  rightmove, finadaproperty etc (others as mentioned in the Landlord page)  
• Accompanied viewings of the property with prospective tenants
• Interview and assess applicant suitability
• Undertake prospective tenant referencing and/or credit checks
• Inventory carried out providing list of contents and condition(if applicable)
• Prepare/signed tenancy agreement by both parties on commencement of tenancy
• Collect deposit and 1st months rent and forward to you as part of a documentation package. Our fees will be deducted at this stage
• Utilities hand over (meter readings taken)
• Advice on all regulations required for successful lettings
• Extra services are available at additional costs such as arranging - future rent payments direct by standing order into your bank account, specialised landlord insurance etc Pro
